Domestic (US) delivery method, cost, & time:

Domestic (US) shipping:

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. It will include your order number & shipping method. Please verify that your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, so enter a physical address for the desired shipping address.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed & shipped, this does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Though we aim to always ship in minimal packaging, please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order & backorder). Also note, that if the package is undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for all return & reship costs.

International shipping:

For international orders, we is not responsible for duties, taxes, or extra fees. Please note, if you decline to pay fees, & the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs & the remaining balance will be issued as store credit. As for delivery time or international orders, the time in transit is 1-3 days until arrival into your country. Your country will then decide when to release your package. If there is any delay, check your tracking information, & contact the shipping company handling your package.

Processing orders:

Once your order is placed & the details of your payment have been confirmed by you or your card issuer, then your purchase is released. However, once your order is placed, you can not cancel or make adjustments to that order. This also applies to coupon codes; if the code is not applied at checkout, we are not able to add or refund once the order is placed.

Final sale & discounts:

Please note, that if an item goes on sale, we cannot offer refunds or price adjustments. Items that are listed as sale, final sale, or discounted through a special sale (including buy one, get one) cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items that are on sale or not full price are final sale & cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


For returns, requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery date. Any defective or damaged items need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving. A $10 return label fee will be deducted from your return once processed. Please note, must arrive at our return center within 10 days of delivery for refund, exchange, or store credit. This is a strict policy as there is a 20% restocking fee for late returns (beyond the 10 days from delivery) that have already received a return approval. If a returned item arrives to our return center damaged, they will be returned at your expense. Refunds for returns are processed within 10-14 days after arrival date.
